摘 要:燃煤中硫的赋存形态极为复杂 ,不同形态的硫在高温下具有不同的析出特性 ,研究它们在高温中的行为是有效控制煤中硫排放的基础。利用ZCS智能定硫仪研究了不同形态的硫分在 12 0 0℃和12 5 0℃不同加热方式下的析出特性及其与钙基固硫剂氧化钙、石灰石、白泥、电石渣的反应特性。选择FeS、噻吩分别代表煤中的无机硫和有机硫 ,并对全硫含量小于 0 .5 %的煤中主要硫分 ,含硫氨基酸的析出规律进行了研究。The inborne shape of sulfur in fuel coal is extremely complex, sulfur of different shape has different eduction behavior under high temperature, study on their behavior under high temperature being the basis for controlling effectively the emission technology of combustion. The eduction behavior and reaction property with limebase sulfurretaining agents, such as calcium oxide, lime stone, clay, and calcuim carbide residue, under different heating patterns of 1200℃ and 1250℃ have been studied by using a ZCS type intelligent sulfurdetermining instrument. FeS and thiophene are selected to represent inorganic and organic sulfur in coal respectively, and the eduction rules of main sulfur content, i.e. Sulfurbearing amino acid, in coal with total sulfur content less than 0.5% have also been studied.
