火电厂水力冲灰系统高效阻垢剂的研制

摘  要:对不同种类阻垢剂之间的协同效应进行了试验 ,结果表明 :聚合磷酸盐与有机膦酸之间无协同效应 ,聚合磷酸盐与聚羧酸的增效作用不大 ,有机膦酸与聚羧酸之间的协同效应明显。利用协同效应 ,研制出高效灰水阻垢剂NEW0 32 ,该阻垢剂具有加药量小、阻垢时间长、无环境污染等优点 ,能够有效防止灰水系统结垢。The coordinated effect among different kinds of antiscalants has been studied. Results of tests show that:(1)there is no coordinated effect between polyphosphate and organic phosphoric acid; (2)the effectenhancing function of polyphosphate and polycarboylic acid isn’t large; (3)the coordinated effect of organic phosphoric acid with polycarboxylic acid is obvious. Then, a highly effective antiscalant NEW032 has been developed by using the said coordinated effect. The developed antiscalant has many advantages, such as small dosing amount, long antiscale time, and without environmental pollution etc., enabling effectively to prevent ashsluicing system from scaling.
