测定尿系列酶评价雷公藤多苷对儿童过敏性紫癜肾炎肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 测定尿系列酶评价雷公藤多苷对儿童过敏性紫癜肾炎肾小管功能的影响。方法 检测分析三组尿系列酶NAG、GAL、GGT、ALP、GAL/NAG(A组21例,为过敏性紫癜肾炎雷公藤治疗组;B组7例,为过敏性紫癜肾炎雷公藤加泼尼松治疗组;C组30例,为正常对照组)。进行雷公藤多苷治疗前后GAL/NAG比值对比分析。结果 A组NAG、GAL、ALP活性与C组比较明显升高(P<0.05),A、B两组NAG、GAL、ALP比较有显著性差异(均P<0.05);治疗后尿酶GAL/NAG比值比治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 过敏性紫癜肾炎存在肾小管功能损害,雷公藤多苷治疗后肾小管功能可以得到恢复,尿系列酶检测可以作为评价雷公藤多苷治疗儿童过敏性紫癜肾炎肾小管功能的指标。Objective To explore the urinary series enzymes activities in tripterygrum wilfordii polyglycosidium treated anaphylactoid purpura nephritis children to evaluate the renal tubular function. Methods Urinary series enzymes (NAG, GAL, GGT, ALP, GAL/NAG) were measured in three groups. Group A was 21 patients treated with tripterygrum wilfordii polyglycosidium, group B was 7 patients treated with tripterygrum wilfordii polyglycosidium and prednisone;and group C was 30 normal subjects, ratio of GAL/NAG were measured before and after treatment. Results The activities of NAG, GAL, ALP were higher in group A, B than those in the control group (P<0.05). Between group A and B there were significant differences (P<0.05). The ratio of GAL/NAG after treatment had significant difference than before (P<0.05). Conclusion Anaphylactoid purpura nephritis had tubular function damage and was reverse after treatment with tripterygrum wilfordii polyglycosidium. Urinary series enzyme changes might be involved in the tubular function damage of anaphylactoid purpura nephritis.
