摘 要:用果胶酶对天然彩色棉机织物 (棕、绿 )进行处理 ,分析不同条件下的色变规律。实观发现 :果胶酶处理后棕色棉的黄红色调在蒙塞尔色系向逆时针变化 ,而绿色棉的黄绿色调向顺时针变化 ;彩色棉的明度随处理时间的增加而下降 ,色泽加深 ;饱和度随处理时间的增加棕色棉上升 ,而绿色棉下降 ;酶用量引起的明度和饱和度变化幅度相对较小 ;色差ΔE随时间、酶用量增加而增大 ;渗透剂浓度和实验室条件下的搅拌程度对颜色无明显影响。Treating natural colored cotton woven fabric with pectinase, the different technical parameters such as density, time, stirring extent and concentrations of penetrating agent are analyzed. Found that: The brown-red hue of cotton in brown will change in counter clockwise way of the Munsell color system, and the brown-green hue of cotton in green will change in clockwise way. The brightness of natural colored cotton reduces as the treating time increase, the depth increases. The degree of saturation of cotton in brown increases as treating time increase, but cotton in green reduces. The change value of lightness and saturation are relatively small as the enzyme density varied. The color deviation ΔE increases as time, enzyme density increase. The concentrations of penetrating agent and stirring extent in lab condition has little influence on the change of color.
