摘　　要：从通信线路、系统设备和软件等方面介绍了一种集治安、交通监控和报警等功能于一体的大型分布式城市监控系统的设计思想、系统组成结构和设计方案,阐述了各种设备在系统中的主要作用,通过对子系统中各种数据流的分析,说明了各软件模块的主要功能以及它们之间的联系。This paper introduces the design idea, system composing structure and design scheme of large-scale and distributed city surveillance system which integrates the functions of public security, traffic surveillance and alarm. Through analyzing all kinds of data stream in the subsystem, the paper introduces the main function of all kinds of devices , explains the main function and relation of all software module.
