摘 要:目的探讨一株产α-淀粉酶菌株(B.subtilisHY-02)分解淀粉的能力。方法将枯草芽胞杆菌(HY-02)分别接种于0.5%,1.0%,1.75%淀粉溶液,连续培养240h,检测α-淀粉酶活力、细菌计数及淀粉浓度。结果1.75%淀粉组诱导菌株产α-淀粉酶、细菌数及发酵生物量干重均较0.5%、1%淀粉组明显增加。结论枯草芽胞杆菌(B.subtilisHY-02)与出发菌株相比有较强的分解淀粉能力。Objective To study the ability of disintegrating amylum of B.subtilis HY,02 producing α,amylase. Methods To inoculate B.subtilis to amylaceous solutions with different concentration of 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.75% respectively for consecutive 24 h cultivation, observe the α,amylase activity, amount of germs and the consumption of amylum at different time. Results The α,amylase, the amount of germs and the consumption of amylum of B.subtilis(HY,02) obviously increased when the amylaceous concentration was 1.75% compared with those in 0.5% and 1% amylaceous solution groups. Conclusion The present experimental results show that the disintegrating amylum ability of B.subtilis(HY,02) is very strong compared with the old B.subtilis.
