摘　　要：通过对总传动齿轮部分的改造、布铗导轨增加尼龙衬板、提高布铗导轨平板安装精度、调整淡碱吸碱位置、提高直流电动机功率等技术措施,解决了原LMH201丝光机不能加工高支高密产品的问题,取得了良好效果。The former LMH-201 Mercerizer has achieved good effect in meeting weaving high count and high density fabric through the improvement of some parts in it,such as renovating major transmitting gears,adding nylon scaleboard onto the fabric clippers guiding track,raising the installing précising of the flat plate on FCGT,adjusting the position of absorbing alkali and increasing the power of direct current motor.
