摘　　要：不同分离方法对苹果黑星病菌分离培养效果不同,试验结果表明,用自制针加专用粘着剂在水玻片上划线或粘单孢这两种孢子分离方法较易成功。不同季节标样分离培养结果表明,夏季标样在(5～7月)16℃条件下分离培养极易成功。The results of different isolation and culture methods for Venturia inaequalis showed that the both methods of scratching a single line or gluing a single spore on the surface of water-slide could be easy to isolate the pathogenic fungi by a needle made in oneself,the needle was dipped in gluing agent.The results of isolation and culture in the sample of different seasons indicated that a reasonable condition of isolation in the sample of summer (May to July) was 16℃.
