摘　　要：运用交易成本理论对现实中几种适合本地竹业经济发展的企业和农户之间的交易模式进行了比较分析 ,提出了不同模式的特点和适用条件。During the development of bamboo industry,several dealing modes between bamboo corporations and bamboo farmers have been created. Using the theory of transaction cost,this paper tried to compare and analyze these different modes to find their characteristics and applicable conditions.
