水稻株型与产量的相关性及灰色关联分析

摘　　要：分析了12个水稻品种的21个株型性状与产量间的相关性及灰色关联度。相关分析结果表明:各株型性状总体上与产量、穗数间的相关性较强,而与千粒重、每穗粒数、穗长间的相关性较弱。灰色关联分析结果表明:剑叶叶宽、倒三叶叶长、倒二叶叶厚对产量影响较大,倒三叶弦长、剑叶叶鞘长及倒二叶叶鞘长的影响次之,叶开角及叶基夹角的影响很小。Correlation and grey correlation degree between 21 plant type characters and yield of 12 rice varieties were analyzed. The correlation analysis results showed that generally there was strong correlation between plant type characters and yield as well as number of spike, while there was weak correlation between plant type characters and 1000-grain weight, grains per spike, spike length. The grey correlation degree analysis indicated that flag leaf width, length of top third leaf, thickness of top second leaf had great effects on rice yield, followed by edge length of top third leaf, sheath length of flag leaf and sheath length of top second leaf, while leaf angle and leaf basic angle had slight effects on rice yield.
