摘 要:对微胚乳玉米的含油率及其一些相关性状进行了研究。讨论了微胚乳玉米种质可能的利用前景。结果表明这批材料的含油率存在着广泛的遗传变异。含油率与粒重不存在显著的相关,但含油率与胚/籽粒干重,及胚含油率间存在极显著的正相关。亲本与杂交子代的含油率间也存在显著的正相关。The percent oil and several characters correlated with it were studied on micro endosperm corn. The results showed that there was extensively genetic variation for oil percent in these materials. The correlation coefficient (r) between the mean grain weight and percent oil wasn't significanteat at 0.05 level. But the r between the oil percent and the weight ratio of embryoto kernel and the r between the percent oil and the oil percent of embryo were significante at 0.01 level. And the r between the percent oil of parents and their hybrid generation was also significant at 0.05 level. The possible prospects for using the germplasm of the micro endosperm corn were discussed.
