摘  要:综合成材率是冶金企业一个重要的技术经济指标,它反映了一个企业生产过程的材料利用程度和生产管理水平.本文对影响CSP短流程成材率的各个因素进行分析,包括连浇炉数、连铸漏钢与开浇失败等事故、轧机事故、大包中包注余、非正常终浇比例等,并分析了实际生产中影响成材率的各种情况,提出了提高电炉CSP短流程成材率的措施.The finished product rate is an important technical and economic index for a metallurgical enterprise, which reflects the level of material utilization and management during production process. In this paper, some factors affecting the finished product rate of CSP are analyzed, including the number of continuous-continuous casting heat, breakouts in casting, failures to start a casting process, accidents with rolling mill, molten steel remainders in ladle and tundish, and the percentage of abnormally terminated casting operations. In addition, factors affecting ingot yield are also analyzed. Based on these analyses, measures of raising the finished product rate of CSP process with arc furnace are proposed.
