摘　　要：就业是民生之本。随着我国高校招生考试制度改革的深入发展,招生规模不断扩大,到本世纪初,我国高等教育已由"精英化"迈入"大众化",大学毕业生就业难问题成了一种普遍的社会现象,已成为社会广泛关注的焦点。造成大学毕业生就业难的原因是多方面的,我们应具体分析造成这一困难的原因并制定相应的对策,以使我国高等教育"大众化"的步伐迈得更为健康有力,也使我们的大学毕业生能实现充分就业。Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. With the further development of reform in our country's system of college enrollment and entrance examination,the enrollment scale is enlarging constantly.At the beginning of this century,Chinese higher education has stepped into popularization from elite.And then,the employment's difficulty of college graduates have become a common social phenomena and a focus of the whole society.As there are various causes of the problem,we should analyze it concretely and formulate appropriate solution to make the steps of the higher education popularization more sound and realize full employment for college graduates.
