摘　　要：外源激素乙烯和ABA(脱落酸)可影响小麦胚乳细胞DNA片段化和子粒灌浆。结果表明延缓或减弱小麦胚乳的程序性细胞死亡,并不能延长胚乳细胞发育期,提高粒重和产量。The exogenous hormones such as ethylene and abscisic acid(ABA) could affect the endosperm DNA fragmentation and the grain filling of wheat. The results showed that the delay or reduce of programmed cell death of wheat endosperm could not prolong the development period of endosperm cells and improve the grain weight
