愈疡灵软膏促进溃疡内源性细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨愈疡灵软膏是否通过促进溃疡内源性细胞生长因子 (bFGF)的表达起到促修复作用。方法 :建立大鼠体表溃疡肉芽肿模型 ,肉芽组织称重 ,进行局部碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)水平测定及病理学观察。结果 :愈疡灵软膏能加速创面肉芽组织形成 ,显著提高局部bFGF水平 ,促进成纤维细胞的增殖和新生毛细血管的形成。结论 :愈疡灵软膏能促进溃疡内源性细胞生长因子 (bFGF)的表达 ,促进肉芽组织生长 ,从而起到促修复作用。Objective:To study effects of Yuyangling ointment to promote the express of endogenetic bFGF to accelerate healing of skin ulcer. Methods: Rat models with skin ulcer granuloma were built.Different groups granuloma tissue growth state and morphological histology, the level of basicity fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) among the granuloma tissue were observed. Results:Yuyangling ointment obviously promotes the fibroblast hyperplasia, new capillary formation and the collagenous fibre synthesis, heightens the some level of bFGF content. Conclusion:Yuyangling ointment can promote the express of the endogenetic bFGF and the growth of the granuloma tissue.so The medicine has the effects of repairing tissues.
