桂花中微量元素的光谱测定

摘　　要：采用火焰原子吸收法同时测定了桂花中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Pb、Cd、Cu、Mn、Co、Zn、Cr、Fe等十二种微量元素的含量。方法的相对标准偏差介于 0 0 7%～ 2 3 1 %之间 ,回收率介于 93 0 %～1 0 6 0 %之间 ,分析结果满意 ,并表明 ,桂花中含有丰富的金属元素 ,元素含量由高到低排列顺序为 :K ,Ca,Mg,Na,Fe,Zn,Cu ,Mn ,Pb ,Co ,Cr,Cd,说明桂花具有较高的营养价值。The twelve trace elements in Osmanthus,including K,Na,Ca,Mg,Pb,Cd,Cu,Mn,Co,Zn,Cr and Fe were determined simultaneously by FAAS,relative standard deviation of the method is between 0.07%～2.31%,recovery is between 93.0%～106.0%,and analytical results were satisfactory.The results showed that there were comparatively rich metal elements in Osmanthus.The proportions of twelve elements are that K>Ca>Mg>Na>Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn>Pb>Co>Cr>Cd.It implied that nutritive value of osmanthus is higher.
