鸡实验性镉中毒病的研究

摘　　要：选择1日龄蛋鸡216只,随机分成6组,分别为对照组(1组),混饲镉化合物2×10-7组(2组)、1×10-6组(3组)、2×10-6组(4组)、1×10-5组(5组)、2×10-5组(6组),连续染毒60d。观察记录了混饲镉化合物后鸡的临床表现、病理解剖和病理组织学变化。结果表明:镉中毒造成鸡生长抑制,严重贫血,引起胃、肠、肝、胆、甲状腺和骨骼病变,甲状腺病变尤其突出。In this experiment,216 one-day-old hens were divided into 6 groups at random, and the hens of 5 groups' feedstuff were added into cadmium chloride with 2×10-7, 1×10-6, 2×10-6, 1×10-5, 2×10-5 respectively for 60 days continual. We observed and recorded the changes of 5 groups' hens in clinic symptom, pathological anatomy and pathohological histology. The result indicated that the cadmium chloride toxicosis would lead to growth restriction, serious anemia, also cause the pathological changes of livers, galls, stomachs and thyroid glands, especial the thyroid glands were obviously harmed.
