摘　　要：随着我国建筑市场的逐步开放,国内的建筑施工企业面临着日益严峻的竞争环境,而生产率的提高可以使企业在优胜劣汰的市场中占有一席之地。本文通过对影响生产率的因素和生产率管理流程的介绍,提出我国工程项目在生产率管理方面的几点建议。as the building market opening, the construction enterprises are facing to the austere competitive environment increasingly, but if the construction enterprise has the higher productivity, it can hold range in the market. This paper introduces the influencing factors of productivity, productivity management procedure, and presents some proposals on project productivity management.
