浅议“症的分类”在辨证中的重要性

摘　　要：“症”是中医辨证论治过程中重要的诊断依据和客观指标,是辨证论治的基础。为了使其提供的信息具有科学性和客观性,杨在纲教授将“症”进行了“三类五性”的细化分类,使其条理化、清晰化,并且更贴近于临床之辨证,有利于临床医生从纷杂的症状中“滤取”有价值信息,提高辨证的“质量”。Symptoms are the essential diagnostic bases and objective indexes in differentiation of syndromes.In order to obtain more accurate and objective information,professor YANG Zai-gang categorized ″symptoms″into ″three kinds,five emotions″,which makes differentiation of syndromes more systematical and easier to understand and facilitates clinicians' work on sorting out useful information from confusing and disorderly symptoms.
