摘　　要：中小型院校图书馆应加强实体馆藏的管理和开发、开发利用网上电子期刊资源、积极参与信息资源共享活动,以构建丰富的现代图书馆期刊资源馆藏体系。同时通过加强期刊馆员队伍建设、加强宣传辅导和用户培训工作来达到期刊资源被充分利用的目的。Some comments and suggestions are given to medium or small size college libraries : enhance managing and exploring actual periodical collections at libraries and electronic periodicals on Internet; take an active part in information sharing to set up rich and modern system of periodical collections at libraries; take full advantage of periodical resources and enhance the work of building periodical librarians and the work of publicizing and user training.
