摘　　要：结合长钢五座中小型高炉实施喷吹煤粉的技术改造过程,阐述了高炉煤粉喷吹工艺及自动化系统的设计指导思想和形成过程;说明了选择一种适合本企业现状的先进的工艺及综合自动化系统,是我国中小型冶金企业技术改造的趋势。Connecting with the course of practicing the technical transformation of coal-powder-spraying for the five middle and small sized blast furnace in Ch angzhi Iron and Steel(Group) Limited Company, this paper expounds the guiding th ought of the design of blast furnace's coal-powder-spraying technique and auto matic control system and its forming course, and illustrates that selecting an a dvanced technique and a comprehensive automatic system that are suitable to the present situation of the enterprise is the trend of our country's middle and sma ll sized metallurgical enterprises to make the technical transformation.
