摘　　要：主要研究了网络和串口交互设备的软硬件实现方法。首先介绍了实现网络和串口交互设备的意义 ,随后介绍了基于 5 1单片机的网络和串口设备硬件设计 ;在分析了 TCP/ IP软件结构的基础上 ,详细地分析数据处理过程中的问题 。A software/hardware realization in network and serial port interchange devices is researched. The paper introduces the meaning of the interchange devices realizing between network and serial port. Also a design of hardware device between network and serial port is presented based on MCU 51. With TCP/IP software construction, the paper analyses the problem in data processing and offers a solution.
