摘 要:固体聚合硫酸铁便于储存和运输,目前的生产方法是由七水硫酸亚铁制取液体聚合硫酸铁,再经浓缩、干燥而得,但是浓缩、干燥过程耗能较大。有必要探索由工业废铁粉经固相反应直接制取固体聚合硫酸铁的工艺。采用正交实验的方法研究了固相反应制备固体聚合硫酸铁的工艺。实验表明,该工艺路线可行。在常压无催化剂、m(SO2-4):m(Fe2+)=1.4、w(H2SO4)=75%、氧化反应温度120℃、硫酸溶液分8次加入、聚合温度80℃、熟化时间36h的条件下,以工业废铁粉为原料制取了质量较好的固体聚合硫酸铁。该工艺的主要缺点是熟化时间较长,需要进一步研究改进。At the present, the SPFS is produced from liquid PFS(LPFS)that was from ferrous sulfate septihydrate by concentrating and drying, but the energy consumption is larger in the process. It is necessary to research a new method of SPFS preparation by solid reaction process with industrial scrap iron powder. This method was studied by cross test. The research results show the feasibility of the process, and that the SPFS products with good quality can be obtained under the conditions of no catalysts at atmospheric pressure, polymerization temperature 80 ℃, keeping time 36 h, the ratio of m(SO^2-_4):m(Fe^2+)=1.4, the concentration of H_2SO_4 75%,oxidize reaction temperature 120 ℃,the sulfuric acid aqua divide affiliation 8 time. But further research how to decrease the keeping time is needed.
