摘  要:为了寻找测试贮氢合金低温(233K)放电性能的最优条件,采用三电极方法,测试了电极在低温不同条件下的放电容量。结果表明:搁置时间达到4h后,合金内外温度达到平衡;电解液密度为1.33g·ml-1、压片压力为3.5MPa、镍粉与贮氢合金粉比例为3∶1时,合金具有较好的低温放电性能;铜粉作为添加剂时,贮氢合金的低温放电性能不好;添加细小镍粉的贮氢合金电极比镍粉尺寸大的电极的低温放电容量高;活化制度对贮氢合金低温放电性能影响不大。In order to searching for the best test condition of hydrogen storage alloys at low temperature (233 K). The low-temperature performances of AB5-type hydrogeic storage alloys in different conditions were tested by tri-electrode. The results show that at least four hours of staying time are needed for the electrodes to get the inner and environmental temperatures homogeneous; the electrodes shaped by 3.5 MPa pressure, with Ni/Alloy ratio of 3:1 and in 1.33 gKOH/ml electrolyte show the best low-temperature performances; the additive of Cu powder does harm to the electrode's low-temperature performances; Ni powder with smaller particle size enhances the low-temperature discharge capacity of the electrodes; the activation method has little effect on the low-temperature discharge capacity of the alloys.
