摘　　要：在我国经济体制转型时期,作为市场秩序的重要维护者的会计行业面临失信状况尤为明显。为此要加强职业道德建设,重塑会计诚信。In particular period reforming of the economic structure, Morality forfeited initiating the cordial letter crisis in our country. As the significant protection person of market, exists problem of the accountancy profession is confronted with the breaking of the promise especially. So it's important to strengthen the profession morality and mold the cordial letter of accountancy again.
