摘　　要：本文讨论网上交易中买卖双方的谈判协商模型。详细研究了电子商务的谈判协商模型中的商品多属性量化模型和报价函数。提出了进行买卖双方商品需求匹配的距离函数,并讨论了一个为达到利益最大化而得到最佳报价的方法。In this paper, we discuss the electronic commerce negotiate model on-line between the purchasers and the sellers, and surrounding the negotiate model we give the concept of negotiate and arrange. Then the paper give a conventional negotiate and arrange model and Dynamic VPN Service as well as its constructing process. At the end, we will discuss the most important negotiate and arrange model between the purchasers and the sellers, and investigate some mathematic functions in detail. These functions are used for measure.
