摘  要:针对吉林油田油藏特点 ,优化出了VES - 70粘弹性清洁压裂液配方体系。分析了粘弹性清洁压裂液的水溶液增粘特性、耐温耐剪切性能、破胶性能、动态滤失与损害性能 ,介绍了现场应用工艺和应用效果。研究结果表明 ,该清洁压裂液应用简便 ,直接将粘弹性表面活性剂加入清水中 ,即可形成粘弹性凝胶 ,具有明显的网络结构 ,粘弹性好、剪切稳定性强、支撑悬浮力好、施工摩阻低 ,可控制裂缝的有效延伸 ,增产效果显著。The viscoelastic surfactant-based polymer-free fracturing fluid(VES)is a new fracturing fluid. Its properties of heat and shear resistant, breaking down,clean-up, fluid leakoff, core-damage were studied, and its applications in 3 wells were briefly presented. The results showed that this fluid containing quaternary ammonium salt has viscoelasticity. The gelation time is 0.5~1.0 min at pH=7.0 and temperature 20~30℃,the apparent viscosity of 4% VES-70 solution under 170s -1 shear rate is 175MPa·s. The gelled fluid completely breaks down in 30min at 40~70℃ mixing with crude oil. The damage of core is very low, the retained permeability is 96.16%. Application of this fracturing fluid is suitable to VES concentration 2%~4%, pH 7~8 and temperature below 80℃. In Jilin Oilfield, 3 wells were fractured by using this fluid and with success of increased oil productivity.
