摘　　要：　描述了复杂环境下74m高砖烟囱的多种拆除方案,从安全性、经济性和合理性三方面论证了这些方案的可行性,并确定了最合理的拆除方案。这种选择高耸建筑物拆除方案的优化思想在实践中具有一定的参考价值。Several methods of demolishing a 74-high brick chimney in complicated surroundings are presented and their feasibilities are analyzed in safety, economy and rationality aspects, and the optimum method is decided. This optimizing procedure of methods choices for demolishing tower buildings can be referenced by other engineers in practice.
