摘　　要：　详述了采用外敷药包爆破技术来爆破拆除非法土炼油点的设计和施工过程,并取得了快速、安全的良好效果。The design and implementation of the blasting demolition of illegal oil refineries by outer coating charging are described in details. The good effect of high speed progress and safety in the implementation are obtained.
