摘  要:用动态热机械法分析了不同工艺所得聚酯纤维的无定型区结构特点,结果表明高取向丝(HOY)的无定形区取向低,链段活动能力强,结构比较单一;全取向丝(FDY)的无定形区取向度高,存在着分子链活动能力差别较大的多重结构类型;而热干纺丝(TCS)的无定形区结构介于两者之间。由动态粘弹谱内耗曲线积分求得的可及度与上染率之间具有良好的对应关系,可及度高时上染率也高;达到85%上染率时,可及度要求达到3.5,但当可及度超过5.0以后,对上染率的影响不再明显;由动态粘弹谱反映的纤维无定型区结构还可以解释其物理性能差异。The structural features of amorphous region in polyester fibers prepared through different processes were analyzed with DMA method. The result indicated that the amorphous area of HOY showed a low degree of ori- entation, high chains activity,and a unitary structure, while that of FDY showed a high degree of orientation, and multiple structures with different activities of molecular chains, and the structure of amorphous region of TCS was between the two. The accessibility acquired through dynamic elastic - viscous spectrum internal fric- tion curve integral had a good correspondence with dyeing degree. The higher the accessibility was, the higher the dyeing degree was. When the dyeing degree reached 85%, the accessibility was required to 3. 5. However, when the accessibility exceeded 5.0, its effect on dyeing degree was no longer obvious. The differences of phys- ical performance between them could also be interpreted by the structure of amorphous region reflected in dy- namic elastic - viscous spectrum.
