摘  要:林樊家油田开发初期采用的金属绕丝筛管砾石充填防砂工艺 ,现已严重制约了油田的开发。防砂前对油层进行预处理 ,对地层进行高压充填 ,实现对油层的高压饱和充填和绕丝筛管外充填一体化 ,已成为改造地层、提高近井地带渗透率和防砂双重作用的重要措施。将该工艺应用于林樊家油田的 31口井 ,施工成功率 10 0 % ,平均单井产液量 2 0 .5t/d ,平均单井产油量 9.8t/d ,恢复可采储量 19.7× 10 4t,有效地防止了粘土膨胀及地层细粉砂对充填层的堵塞 ,提高了充填层的渗透率 ,改善了原油的渗流条件 。The sand control technique of gravel packing by metallic wirewrapped screen that had applied at the early stage has restricted the Linfanjia oilfield production seriously. Pretreating the oilbearing formation before sand control and packing it under the high pressure have become the very important measure to reform the oilbearing formation and improve the nearwellbore permeability and sand control effect. Using the method can achieve the purpose of gravel pack by metal wirewrapped screen meanwhile packing the oilbearing formation under the high pressure. Thirty one wells took effect of 100% successful ratio when applied this technique in Linfanjia oilfield. The average liquid production of single well is 20.5t/d. The average oil production of single well is 9.8t/d. Recoverable reserves put back is 19.7×10 4t. The clay swelling and the fine silty sand blockage are prevented. The permeability of the packing formation and the seepage condition of crude oil are improved. The problem of low yield after sand control is solved.
