摘　　要：胜利油田职工文化艺术培训中心办公楼为坚固的框架结构,平面呈U形,其周围环境复杂。针对办公楼的结构特点以及周围环境的要求,通过预处理将整个楼体分成独立的三部分,采用分段起爆、单向连续折叠倒塌爆破方案。文中介绍了爆破切口的计算和布置、爆破参数和起爆顺序的设计,安全措施以及爆破效果。The Employee Culture Training Center office building in Shengli Oilfield has a strong frame structure and complex surroundings and is of U-shape in plane. For structural feature of the office building and environment requirements, it is divided into three separated structures by pretreatment and a blasting scheme of staged detonation and unidirectional folding collapse is adopted. In this paper, the calculation and arrangement of blasting cuts, the design of blasting parameters and sequence, safety precautions and blasting results are introduced.
