摘  要:凌津滩水电站大坝等水工建筑物地基开挖面积大,质量要求高,因受洪水影响,实际比原计划推迟4个多月才开始施工。通过以爆破方案设计为工作重点,以技术促质量,以质量促进度,进行全过程质量控制,克服了工期十分紧张的被动局面,使工程的安全、质量、工期、投资控制达到了总体最优,按期实现发电目标。In the Lingjintan Hydropower Station, large area of base rock excavation and high quality of blasting excavation are required. Because of flood impact, actual starting time of engineering construction is delayed by over four months as compared with scheduled time. Through overall quality control with taking the blasting plan as a supervisory focus, using techniques as a means to improve the quality and using high quality as a way to quicken the pace of project, the positive situation on short time limit for this project has been changed and the aim of which the hydropower station is put into operation on schedule has been achieved with optimal controls to safety, quality, project term and investment.
