摘  要:以SiO2与BaCO3反应为例,探讨了反应物比例对固相反应速度的影响。实验结果表明:在同一反应体系中,如果反应物的颗粒尺寸相同(或不相同)时,改变反应物间的比例,对固相反应速度有不同影响,BaCO3与SiO2摩尔比例为2:1时,固相反应速度最大;同比例同时间SiO2颗粒尺寸不同时,BaCO2与2^#SiO2的反应速度明显增大。In this paper, given the reaction of SiO_2-BaCO_3 system as an example, the effects of reactants ratio on solid phase reaction velocity were discussed. The results showed that in the same reaction system if the reactant particle size was same (or different) changing the reactants ratio had different effect on reaction velocity. When the molar ratio of BaCO_3 and SiO_2 was 2:1, the solid phase reaction velocity was the fastest. Under the condition of same ratio, same reaction time and different particle size of SiO_2, the reaction velocity of BaCO_3 and 2#SiO_3 obviously became fast.
