摘  要:考察磨碎玻璃纤维对铸型 (MC)尼龙复合材料填料分布、物理力学性能的影响 ,以及增韧剂对MC尼龙复合材料韧性的影响。结果表明 ,磨碎玻璃纤维改性MC尼龙的物理力学性能优良 ,当加入 10 %的磨碎玻璃纤维时 ,制品收缩率降低 ,热变形温度提高 2 0℃ ,制品具有填料分布均匀、外观光泽优良等优点 ;制品的拉伸强度比纯MC尼龙提高 2 6 % ,弯曲强度提高 13% ,压缩强度提高 36 %。加入增韧剂六甲基磷酰三胺后 ,复合材料的韧性大幅度提高 ,添加量为 5 %~ 10 %时 ,复合材料的综合力学性能最佳。The effect of the addition of milled glass fibre on the mechanical properties and filler distribution, as well as the toughening agent on toughness of the milled glass fibre reinforced MC nylon composite are respectively studied. The results show that the milled glass fiber reinforced MC nylon composite has good physical and mechanical properties. After being reinforced by 10% of milled glass fibre, the shrinkage of MC nylon products is reduced, and their heat distortion temperature is increased by 20℃. The filler distributed uniformly in the composite and products prepared from the composite exhibited excellent outlook brightness. The tensile, flexural and compressive strength of the composite are respectively increased by 26%, 13% and 36%, compared with those of MC nylon. The toughness of milled glass fibre reinforced MC nylon composite can be improved by the addition of hexamethylphoaphoramide (HPT) toughening agent. After being reinforced by 5%~10% of HPT, MC nylon composite has the optimum comprehensive mechanical properties.
