洁净钢冶炼技术在首钢的应用

摘　　要：以转炉终点控制、LF -VD精炼及连铸过程防止卷渣和二次氧化为主线 ,简述了首钢近年来在洁净钢冶炼技术方面所取得的一些进展。对钢帘线的 [O]、[N]及Als 含量及夹杂物数量和形态控制进行了分析。The updated development of production technology of clean steel in Shougang is introduced, including the end-point control of converter, LF-VD refining process and continuous casting process to prevent slag carryover and air reoxidation. The content of oxygen, nitrogen and acid soluble aluminum as well as the number and morphology of inclusions for tire cord steel are analyzed.
