摘　　要：介绍了圆盘剪的生产情况 ,对剪切中板时圆盘剪卡钢的各种因素进行分析 ,提出了相应的改进措施 ,改善了剪切质量 ,提高了圆盘剪的生产效率。This paper introduced the production situation briefly,analysed all kinds of factors of steel sticking when the medium plate was cutted by the disc shear,put forward the improving method accordingly,improved the cuttity qualing and increased the production efficiency of disc shear.
