摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快,小城镇也呈现出旧区更新与新区建设等一系列问题。本文对如何处理好两者的关系进行了分析;也对小城镇商业广场的规划设计、建筑设计进行了探索。With the progress of urbanization in our country, the small town appears a series of problems about the renewal of the old town and the building of the new town. The article analyzes the problem how to deal with the concern, and researches the planning and building design about commercial square small town.
