摘　　要：本文提出了三步节能建筑物耗热量指标和围护结构传热系数限值设计,结合二步节能的技术情况初步阐述了三步节能技术研究应考虑的主要因素,并就聚氨酯外保温技术在三步节能试点工程中的实际应用情况作了案例分析。The limit value design for energy consumption index and heat transfer coefficient of envelop structure was pointed out in the article.Main factors in the third energy saving technology research were expatiated under the reference of the second energy saving technology.The author also analyzed the actual utilization of polyurethane elastomer outer wall external thermal insulation technology in the third energy saving experimental project.
