摘　　要：通过对国内外生产长型材为主的特殊钢企业冶炼及连铸流程分析 ,对国内特钢生产技术发展进行了探讨 ,提出转炉无渣出钢及配套冶炼技术。Based on the analysis of steelmaking and continuous casting technologies for special steel long products all over the world, the authers proposed reasonable production technologies for special steel in China: steelmaking in convertor with free slag tapping, super clean steel production technology with inclusion control and high efficiency continuous casting technology
