红汞络合碘用于大白鼠鼻腔粘膜消毒的实验研究

摘　　要：目的为寻找一种既合乎鼻腔生理要求 ,又具有较好灭菌能力的鼻粘膜消毒剂 ,以期在临床上推广应用。方法选用 2 %红汞 ,0 5 %络合碘 ,观察其对大白鼠鼻粘膜可能的组织形态学损害及其程度。结果一次性向大白鼠鼻腔滴入红汞 0 2～ 0 5ml,2 4h后光镜下可见粘膜上皮及固有膜有明显损害 ,72h后开始修复 ,7d后基本恢复正常 ;透射电镜下 2 4h有细胞超微结构变化 ,72h后恢复正常。同法滴入络合碘 ,2 4h后光镜下仅有轻微损害 ,72h已恢复正常 ;电镜下细胞超微结构无变化。结论 2 %红汞对鼻粘膜有一过性损害 ,0 5 %络合碘对鼻粘膜则无明显损害。作为消毒剂 。Objective Try to find out an satisfying and effective disinfectant for nasal mucosa. Methods 2% Merbromin and 0.5% Iodophor were used as nasal test disinfectants and observed the possible histomorphological damages on nasal mucosa of rats.Results At 24h after instillation of Merbromin 0.2～0.5ml into the experimental animal’s nasal cavity for once, significant damages of mucosal epithelia and membranna propia could be observed and therepair after 72h. After 7d, the nasal mucosa had been mainly recovered. Some ultrastructural changes had occurred under TEM at 24h after instillation. After 24h instillation of Iodophor using the same method as Merbromin, only a slight damage could be observed and recovered to normal at 72h. No changes of cellular ulfrastructure were found under TEM. Conclusion There are a transient damages to nasal mucosa by 2% Merbromin, no significant damage by 0.5% Iodophor. Iodophor can meet the physiological demands of nasal cavity better than Merbromin.
