摘 要:介绍了浙江省温州医学院附属第一医院和温州市第八医院构建联合体的过程,阐明在卫生改革不断深入的形势下,医院联合体的组建既符合卫生改革的总体精神,也提高了医疗卫生资源的利用率,是我国卫生改革的一种走向,也是拆“围墙”打破各种隶属、所有制,优化卫生资源的必然趋势。它的最终目的是有利于盘活存量,资源共享,提高效益,有利于为人民提供优质医疗卫生服务[1],同时也为浙江省《深化医药卫生体制改革若干意见》的稳步实施提供了生动的案例,为行政主管部门的决策提供了借鉴。through introducing the course of the first affiliated hospital of Wenzhou medical college to form the association, the authorhas analyzed the basic situation in operation, expounding it under the circumstances that the hygiene reforms is getting constantly deep, the set-up of the association of the hospital has already accorded with the overall spirit of the hygiene reform, also it improves the utilization ratio of healthcare resources.It is not only a kind of trend that the hygiene reform of our country, but trends to dismantle “enclosure” break down the jurisdictionand owner hips, optimize hygiene resource. Its final purpose is to help to vitalize the stock, the resource-sharing and increase the benefit, Helpto offer the high quality health care service to people, Offer the vivid case for steady implementation that' several suggestions of deepening thesystem reform of medical and health' in Zhejiang Province too. At the same time, it offers positive and effective reference for decision of theadministration responsible institution.
