摘　　要：本文分析了温医附一院和市八院组建医疗联合体前后人力资源的配置与运作情况,探讨了组建联合体后人力资源重组的管理情况,从而实现卫生资源的共享和优势互补。This paper analyzes the operation and allocation of human resources before and after the First Affiliated Hospital of WenzhouMedical College has formed the Medical Coalition, and discusses about the management of human resource rearrangement after the MedicalCoalition is formed, which helps to realize sharing medical resources and to take advantage of each other's strengths.
