摘  要:应用过程模拟软件ASPENPLUS对某石化厂环己酮生产装置中萃取塔的萃取过程进行模拟,分析了影响萃取效果的因素。针对该塔的扩能要求进行模拟计算,根据计算结果提出了以更换填料来增加萃取理论级数的技术改造方案,并分析了方案的可行性。Based on process simulation software, the extraction process of the extraction column in cyclohexanone plant of some petrochemical works has been simulated and some factors, which influence extraction results, have been analyzed. Some simulation calculation has been performed in accordance with technical innovation. The calculation results suggest an improvement upon the original technical innovation scheme, in which the padding material of the theoretical stages of the columns is replaced. The feasibility of this proposal has also been analyzed.
