摘　　要：针对医学院校附属医院图书馆的现状 ,提出了争取领导重视、加强基础工作、改革服务模式。The article analyzes the present situation and the unsolved problems and hospital libraries affiliated with medical colleges or universities in China. It also puts forward to the countermeasures: trying for the leader's recognition; strengthening the foundation works; reforming the serving modes; strengthening the corporation with the libraries of colleges or universities and improving the quality of working staff.
