摘　　要：目的 :分析北京心理热线服务特点。方法 :对近两年北京回龙观医院的 15 2 2例次的心理健康热线的资料进行分析 ,考察不同求询问题在不同性别、年龄、受教育程度、职业中的分布特点。结果 :以高中以上受教育程度的咨询者为主要咨询人群 ,年龄主要集中在 17～ 3 3岁之间 ;婚恋问题女性多于男性 ,而神经症类问题以及性问题男性多于女性 ;学生在人际交往问题方面问题较多 ,公司职员更多来询婚恋问题及性问题和神经症类问题。结论 :咨询服务内容受咨询者的年龄、性别及职业等因素影响 ,被咨询者应具备较全面的知识才能较好地服务。Objective:To understand mental health problems in publics through hotline counseling Methods: 1522 records of a hotline service in Beijing Huilongguan Hospital were analyzed retrospectively Results:The most common problems for counseling were problems about neurosis, schizophrenia and mood disorders, marriage, interpersonal and sex problems Different problems for counseling according to the callers’ background (e g sex, age, occupation, education level ) The main callers in hotline have education level above high school Most callers were between 17～ 33 years of age Women have more problems about marriage, men have more problems in neurosis and sex College students report more interpersonal problems, office clerks report more problems of neurosis, marriage and sex Conclusion:The contents of hotline counseling varied with the age,sex,occupation of the help seeker
