游离坏死肌肉组织块诱导胫骨骨膜增生的超微结构观察

摘　　要：目的　应用透射电镜对游离坏死肌肉组织块诱导胫骨骨膜增生进行超微结构观察。方法　 30只 SD大鼠 ,随机分成 3组 ;左后肢坏死小趾屈肌肌肉 ,放置于右后肢胫前 ,分别饲养 3d( 组 )、7d( 组 ) ,及正常对照组 ( 组 )。进行光镜观察及应用透射电镜进行超微结构观察。结果　在 、 组胫骨骨膜细胞明显增生肥大。结论　游离的坏死肌肉组织可以诱导胫骨骨膜细胞增生肥大。Objective An experimental study to observe ultrastruct ural organization change of tibial periosteum induced with free necrotic muscle.Methods 30 SD rats were randomized into three equal groups:Left hindlimb necrotic flexor digiti minimi muscle was placed to right hindlimb pret ibia,the rats were raised 3 days(group Ⅰ)and 7 days(group Ⅱ),and normal cont rol group(group Ⅲ),histological examination and electron microscope observatio ns were preformed.Results The periosteum of the tibial bone show ed marked hyperplasia and hypertrophy in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,these changes we re not found in normal control group.Conclusion Free necrotic mu scle can induce hyperplasia and hypertrophy of tibial peristeum.
