飞行员加速度耐力与某些临床指标的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨飞行员加速度耐力与某些临床指标的相关性。　方法　在离心机上测定1 2 2名飞行员的基础 +Gz 耐力 ,≤ 4 0G为低耐力组 (n =78) ,≥ 4 5G为高耐力组 (n =4 4 ) ,收集年龄、飞行时间、身高、体重、心率、血压、血红蛋白、血清三酰甘油、血清总胆固醇、血糖等指标。将高耐力组与低耐力组之间有显著差异的指标进行多因素逐步回归分析。　结果　两组之间比较 ,飞行时间、年龄、身高、血糖、血红蛋白、脉搏、舒张压差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,血清三酰甘油、收缩压、平均动脉压、体重、体重指数及血清胆固醇则有显著或非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1 )。经多因素逐步回归分析 ,最终收缩压、体重指数、血清胆固醇 3个指标被选入回归方程 ,相关指数R2 =0 2 4 3,回归方程为 :+Gz 耐力 =- 2 5 6 3+0 0 1 5 2 8×收缩压 +0 0 6 75 8×体重指数 +0 1 35×血清胆固醇。　结论　体质因素对飞行员基础 +Gz 耐力有影响 ,尤以收缩压、体重指数、血清胆固醇 3个指标为重要 。Objective To Investigate the correlation between acceleration tolerance and some clinical parameters in fighter pilots Methods Centrifuge testing of relaxed +G z tolerance was done in 122 fighter pilots According to the basic +G tolerance tested, pilots were divided into low G tolerance group (≤4 0 G, n =78) and high G tolerance group (≥4 5 G, n =44) Some clinical parameters, including age, flying hour, height, body weight, HR, blood pressure, hemoglobin, triglycerides, total cholesterol, blood glucose, were collected and the significance levels of the differences between these parameters of the two groups were tested Results Parameters with significant difference between two groups were systolic blood pressure (SBP), mean arterial pressure, body weight, body mass index (BMI), serum total cholesterol (TC) and triglycerides By multinomial step wise regression, three parameters (SBP, BMI and TC ) were chosen for the regression equation( R 2 =0 243), that is +G z tolerance =-2 563+0 015 28×SBP+0 067 58×BMI+0 135×TC Conclusion Some clinical parameters, especially SBP, BMI and TC were highly correlated with +G z tolerance They should be taken into account during comprehensive assessment of candidates of student pilots
