摘  要:目的 观察“间断性站立”是否具有减轻或防止模拟失重所致睾丸萎缩的效果 ,并观察其对后肢肌肉和骨萎缩的对抗效果是否与有隐睾大鼠所得出者一致。 方法 雄性SD大鼠 2 8只 ,随机分为 4组 :即对照组 1 (CON1 ) ,对照组 2 (CON2 ) ,无隐睾尾部悬吊 4周组 (SUS)及 2 0h/d无隐睾尾部悬吊 +4h/d站立组 (SUS +STD4)。CON1 组大鼠行假手术 ;其他组均行腹股沟管环缩术。4周后 ,称量双侧肾上腺、睾丸、附睾和比目鱼肌的湿重 ,以及右侧股骨的湿重、干重、灰重 ,并测量骨干中段长度与直径。将睾丸及附睾石蜡包埋 ,切片 (5 μm) ,行HE染色 ,测量睾丸曲细精管外径与管腔内径并行组织学观察。 结果 腹股沟管环缩术可有效防止尾部悬吊大鼠睾丸滑入腹腔 ,睾丸湿重与曲细精管外径与管腔内径在两对照组间均无显著性差别。与两对照组相比 :SUS组曲细精管管腔内径显著增大 ;附睾管中精子数目明显减少或无。 4h/d间断性站立可使尾部悬吊大鼠曲细精管萎缩程度有所减轻 ;但与CON1 相比 ,其管腔内径仍显著增大 ,精子数量明显减少。SUS组中 ,比目鱼肌及股骨均出现明显萎缩 ,4h/d间断性站立可完全防止比目鱼肌湿重的减轻 ,但对减轻股骨萎缩几无对抗效果。这与我们先前用有隐睾大鼠所得的结论一致。 结论  4h/d站立仅能轻微?Objective To examine the effectiveness of daily standing for 4 h on rats with inguinal canal ligation in alleviating atrophic changes of testis, soleus, and femur induced by 28 d simulated microgravity. Methods Twenty eight male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned to four groups: control 1 (CON 1), control 2 (CON 2), 28 d tail suspended (SUS), daily 20 h SUS plus 4 h standing for 28 d (SUS+STD 4). The inguinal canals were partially ligated in rats of CON 2, SUS, and SUS+STD 4 while the rats of CON 1 were sham operated. After 4 weeks of SUS and ambulatory control, the wet weights of bilateral testes, epididymides, adrenal glands, and soleus were weighed. The wet weight, dry weight, ash weight, diameter, and length of the femur were also measured. The right testis and epididymidis were sectioned External and lumen diameters of seminiferous tubules were histomorphometrically analyzed using computer assisted image analysis system. Results There were no significant differences in wet weight of testis, soleus, femur, and spermatogenesis between the two CON groups. In SUS, the lumen diameter of seminiferous tubule was significantly increased, and for germ cells in the seminiferous tubule and the epididymidis significantly decreased. Both soleus and femur where atrophied obviously in SUS. In SUS+STD 4, the weakened spermatogenesis was partially alleviated. Soleus wet weight loss was fully prevented. And there was no counteracting effects on the femur bone loss in SUS+STD 4 rats. Conclusions Daily 4 h standing can partially alleviate the atrophic change in testis and has no effects in alleviating femur atrophy, but it can fully prevent the atrophic change in soleus.
