摘 要:目的 研究不同负荷形式的生理生化指标变化与武警战士的有氧代谢能力的关系 ,为有氧代谢能力的评定提供理论和实践依据。方法 通过亚极量踏阶运动间接法 ,测定VO2 max(最大摄氧量 ) ,选取通过有针对性的有氧耐力训练后 ,VO2 max较高的 1组作为实验组 ,较低的 1组作为对照组 ,对两组战士分别进行极量负荷和定量负荷实验 ,测定负荷后和某负荷阶段的有关生理生化、生理心理指标。结果 定量负荷后 ,实验组的血乳酸 (Bla)和心率 (HR)值均低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;负荷后的恢复期 ,实验组的指标变化情况优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,在运动过程中 ,随着负荷量的增加 ,实验组的主体感觉 (RPE)值低于对照组。极量负荷后 ,两组间的HR值无显著性差异 ,实验组的Bla高于对照组。结论 不同负荷形式的生理、生化指标的变化能够反映武警战士不同的有氧代谢能力 ,在选择有氧耐力训练安排中有应用价值。Objective To investigate the relationship between the phys iological and biochemical indices and aerobic capacity in armed police under dif ferent exercise loads,providing basis for evaluating aerobic capacity.Me thod The maximal oxygen consumption (MOC) was measured by indirect calc ulation in soldiers on submaximal exercise.The soldiers with higher MOC were all ocated to test group,and those with lower MOC to control group. Maximal load an d fixed load were imposed on both groups to measure phyiological and biochemical indexes after or during the different trainings.We measued blood lactic acid (L A) with UV-2100 instrument (Shimadzu, Japan) and measured heart rate (HR) with P E3000 HR instrument.RPE was used as a physiological and psychological index.Results After fired load training ,the LA and HR in test group were both lower than those control in group:LA 6.80±1.06 against 7.92±1.57(P <0.01);HR 169.81±5.88 against 176.68±8.22(P<0.01).During the recovery of exercise,the indices in test group were better those in the control group.Wi th increasing load,the RPE in test group was lower than that in the control grou p. No significant difference in HR was found between the two groups,but the LA in test group was higher than that in control group after maximal load training. Conclusions The physiological and biochemical indices indic ate the different aerobic capacities of soldiers and are of use value in trainin g practice.
